The Utah Salt Lake City Area was created in 2003 as a division of the Utah North Area. Harold D. Howe served concurrently as executive secretary of both areas; Utah North Area material accumulated by Howe (including material relating to the Church in Salt Lake County prior to 2003) is found in CR 664 30.
