Vinaver, Maksim Moĭseevich, 1862-1926.
Lawyer and leading Russian liberal; he was a founder of the Constitutional Democrat (Kadet) Party, and a delegate to the first Russian State Duma. In emigration he settled in Paris and edited the weekly "Zveno."
