Bolton, Alec, 1926-
Variant namesBolton was editor on the Australian Encyclopaedia during the 1950's. He also worked for Ure Smith and Angus and Robertson, was Director of Publications at the National Library, 1971-1987, and established his own private press, the Brindabella Press. Bolton was married to the poet Rosemary Dobson.
