Babson, David Frederick, 1896-1971.
Born in Massachusetts, Babson was a private in the 104th U.S. Infantry in France, 1917-1918, after which he attended Harvard College. His sister Helen Hatch Babson (1889-1984), served as a housemother at Pine Mountain Settlement School in Harlan County, Kentucky.
