Highton, Francis E.
Born in 1907, Francis E. Highton was an economist who served in the Public and Employee Relations Services Division of the General Electric Company in New York City. He was an advisor to top GE management and negotiators, most notably in the 1950s through the 1960s. He died in 1990.
