Larry H. Ingraham was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. Lieutenant Colonel Ingraham was a health services research psychologist at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Ingraham was a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, holds a master's degree from Kent State University, and a doctorate in social psychology from the University of Iowa. He has written and spoken widely on the culture of the enlisted soldier.
