Illinois State Library. Library Development Group.
Group formed by the Illinois State Library to aid in organizing libraries within the state into the current 18 regional library systems. Administers state and federal monies for programs to upgrade library services, including construction grants and collection development, by evaluating services and statistics from the different regional library systems.
