Kennard, Don.
Don Kennard was a Labor Relations Adviser for Region 8 with the Labor Relations Division of the Federal Public Housing Authority in Fort Worth, Texas, in the 1940's. He also served as business manager for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union No. 716, Houston, Texas, and later as an international representative for the IBEW. He was active in the labor movement in Texas and served as an officer in several organizations namely, the Houston Labor and Trades Council, the Texas State Association of Electrical Workers, and the Texas State Federation of Labor.
