Coleman, Constance, 1903-
Born Melbourne 1903. Painter, printmaker and teacher. Mostly self taught, she was a friend and close associate of painter-etcher Jessie Traill in the early 1930s, using her press on regular occasions. She earned many commissions for her bookplates and at a later stage became an art teacher with the Vic. Education Dept.
