Helvey, Robert L.
Variant namesRobert T. Helvey (1888-1964), a rancher, came to Bighorn, Wyoming in 1909. He managed the Wyoming Securities Company's ranch holdings from 1922-1944. After Helvey left the Wyoming Securities Company, he returned to ranching and private investing. From 1952-1963 he conducted over 150 hours of taped interviews with early Wyoming and Montana settlers.
