Milliken, J. F., (James Foster), 1847-1917.

James Foster Milliken was born in 1847 in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Known as "Colonel" he was a theatrical agent primarily for 19th century vaudeville and variety acts. He is also listed in some sources as a playwright. He died in 1917 in New York City.
