Raymond Spivey Fouraker (1891 - 1966) was a professor in the electrical engineering department at North Carolina State College (now North Carolina State University) from 1928 to 1958. Born in Dallas, Texas, Fouraker received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M College and his master's degree from the University of Texas. Before joining the faculty at N.C. State, he taught at Texas A&M, the University of Texas, and Texas Technological College. He was a member of several organizations, including the American Institute of Electrical Engineers (AIEE), the American Society of Engineering Education, the North Carolina Society of Engineers, and the Raleigh Engineers' Club.
