Rensselaer and Washington Plank Road Company.
A plank road, running from the Village of Lansingburgh in Rensselaer County, N.Y. to Fort Miller Bridge in Washington County, N.Y. The company was organized at Schaghticoke on February 16, 1850. This company was organized pursuant to an 1847 act of the N.Y. State Legislature authorizing the organization of plank road and turnpike companies.
