Attorney, Texas Tech University Regent. Born, 1908 in Kopperl (Bosque County, Tex.). Received B.A. at Texas Technological College in 1930. Allison and Allison law firm in Levelland, Texas. Hockley County, Texas County Judge, 1938-1940. Founder of Red Raider Club, 1951. Helped establish Texas Tech law school while Vice-chairman of the Texas Tech Board of Regents. President of Texas Tech Law School Foundation, honorary doctor of law degree conferred by Texas Tech, 1981. Died in Levelland, Texas, June 28, 1987.
