Harvey, T. Edmund (Thomas Edmund), 1875-1955
Variant namesDr T.E. Harvey was a member of a prominent Quaker family from Leeds. He represented the West Leeds constituency as a Liberal MP from 1910 to 1918, and then Dewsbury from 1923 to 1924. In 1937 he was returned as an Independent Progressive member for a Combined Universities seat, which he held until his retirement in 1947
