Folker family.
South Carolina family. Octavius F. Folker of Charleston married Eugenia Coward at Silk Hope Plantation (Berkeley County, S.C.) in 1848. She was the cousin of Col. Asbury Coward, a superintendent of the Citadel (Military Academy) and a founder of the King's Mountain Military School at Yorkville, S.C.
