Murray, Grover E.
Grover E. Murray, who received his Ph. D. in geology, was a geologist for Ashland Oil Co. and Vice-President of academic affairs at Louisiana State University before succeeding Dr. R. C. Goodwin at Texas Technological College in 1965. He continued in that role until his retirement in 1978 and now serves as consultant at Texas Tech University. Under his administration the ICASALS program was launched.
