William H. Foster (b. 1836?) was a carpenter born in Albany, Maine. He was a 1st Lieutenant in Company K, 30th Maine Volunteer Infantry and served as Ambulance Officer at Head Quarters, District of Savannah (Ga.) in July and August 1865.
