Fickes, Elizabeth Hukill, b. 1823.
The Fickes family, parents Elizabeth and Jackson and their three sons, moved from Steubenville, Ohio to Iowa in 1856. After the family settled in Oskaloosa, Iowa, Jackson began a brickmaking business.
