Ramachandran, G. N., 1922-
Variant namesG. N. Ramachandran, the crystallographer after whom "Ramachandran plots" are named, is considered the founder of the discipline of biophysics in India. He was professor at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and headed the Centre for Mathematical Philosophy.
