Missionary physician; born on June 9, 1937; educated at Wheaton College (1955-1959) and Baylor College of Medicine (1959-1963); served with the Christian Reformed Church among the Tiv people of Nigeria, 1964-1973; married Maxine Ohlman, 1965.
