Lombard, Linda
Feminist, of Olympia, Wash.; active in women's civil rights movement and instrumental in bringing attention to Washington women in history. Her efforts helped to pass a Senate bill (6568) leading to the creation in 2005 of the Women's History Consortium, which is dedicated to preserving and making available resources about Washington women's history.
