Tyler, Ernest Rudolph.
Ernest Rudolph Tyler was born on 14 May 1886, the son of John Edward and Marth Adelia Capehart Tyler. He studied law at the University of North Carolina, 1912-1914; married Ethel Leigh Pierce, 12 September 1917; and settled at Oaklana, Roxobel, Bertie County, N.C. He was a member of the Episcopal Church.
