Nathanial Bedford Medical Club (Pittsburgh, Pa.)
The Nathanial Bedford Medical Club was founded in 1864 and named for one of Pittsburgh's first doctors. Through weekly meetings, the club fostered discussion on medicine and medical practice. The club's by-laws limited its membership to ten members.
