Senter, Charles W. C.
Charles W. C. Senter, who was from Center Harbor, New Hampshire, was in the US Navy and was stationed in Philadelphia in 1865 when he received orders to report to the USS Shenandoah. He had just been promoted to Second Assistant Engineer.
