Le Sueur, Jacques, 1686?-1760?
Jacques Le Sueur was a Jesuit who did missionary work with the Abenaki Indians.
Claude Virot was a Jesuit who worked with the Abenaki Indians.
Calumet dance was introduced to the Abenaki in part by the the Fox Indians of Wisconsin in an attempt to draw them away from their French alliance.
