Izard, Claudia Smith
Variant namesClaudia Smith Izard, daughter of Thomas Loughton Smith (1741-1773), was the second wife of Henry Izard (1771-1826), a South Carolina state representative and senator. William Loughton Smith (1758-1812), a U.S. Representative and diplomat, was the uncle of Claudia Smith Izard.
