Parsons, Solomon, 1757-1831.
Solomon Parsons, Jr. (1757-1831), a native of Leicester, Mass., son of Dr. Solomon Parsons and grandson of Rev. David Parsons (1681-1743), was a farmer. He was a soldier in the Revolution, wounded at the Battle of Monmouth in 1778. He and his wife, Rebeccah Coburn Wesson, were original members of the First Baptist Church in Worcester, Mass. They had six children.
