Fred H. Billups, Jr. joined the Glenmede Trust Company in January, 1976 in the newly-created position of Manager of the Charitable Trust Department. In a 1987 reorganization of GTC, he was named Vice President in charge of the Program Department and later became Executive Director of the Pew Charitable Trust division of Glenmede. Billups left the trusts in the mid-1980s.
