Northern Pacific and Cascade Railroad Company.
Incorporated in 1884 under the laws of Washington Territory, the company operated small branch lines in the vicinity of Cascade Junction, Burnett, Wilkinson, and Carbonado, Washington. It was deeded to NP in 1898, and stricken from records of the state of Washington in 1909 for failure to pay annual license fees.
