Cutten, George Barton, 1874-1962
Variant namesGeorge Barton Cutten (1874-1962), university president (retired). Silversmithing was his hobby and he made many pieces. He was also interested in other silversmiths and before he wrote his book on Georgia silversmiths he had written sketches on silversmiths of New York State and a book on those of North Carolina.
