Ruth Realty Company.
Incorporated in Oregon in 1908 as Ruth Trust Company, its name was changed in 1913 to Ruth Realty Company. It was owned jointly by NP and Great Northern Railway Company to handle townsites and other property along the United Railways Company line. It was sold to Spokane, Portland and Seattle Railway Company in 1925.
