Norton-Towers Families.
R.S. Norton of Rome, Georgia, had several sons who fought in the Civil War, and he was able to travel to the different camps and hospitals to visit his sons during the war. The second part of the transcript was written by Williams Towers describing his service with General Nathan Bedford Forrest's Cavalry.
