Duluth and Manitoba Railroad Company

It operated a 200-mile line from Winnipeg Junction, MN to Pembina, ND, and operated branch lines from Key West to Sherack, MN, and from Red Lake Falls Junction to Red Lake Falls, MN. It was sold to NP in 1898.
