Bard, Isaac N., 1842-1919.
Isaac N. Bard (1842-1919), born near Booneville, New York, served in the Civil War in Company C, 26th New York Volunteers, and Company H, 18th United States Infantry. In 1868 he worked on the railroad in the Dakota Territory and later as a trader and cattle driver in Cheyenne, Wyoming Territory.
