MacKenzie, John K. (John Kenneth), 1932-1982
MacKenzie was raised in Portland, Oregon, and worked in broadcasting and advertising. He collected sheet music, piano rolls, and jazz records, and was writing a book about the Gennett Record Company at the time of his death.
