Wallis, Dave (David W.)
Variant namesDave Wallis was born in 1923 and grew up in the Pine Bluff, Arkansas like the majority of this family before him. He graduated from Pine Bluff High School before serving as a photographer in the Army Signal Photographic Corps in World War II. He ran Wallis and Wallis Advertising, Inc., served as justice of the peace and later mayor of Pine Bluff, and authored multiple books on Arkansas history. Wallis died in 2005.
