Bissett, Clark Prescott, 1875-1932
Variant namesClark Prescott Bissett (1875-1932) was a practicing lawyer and a member of the faculty of the University of Washington Law School. He was also a well-known collector of Lincolniana, and published essays and books about Abraham Lincoln including Abraham Lincoln, a universal man (1923).
