Jarold A. Kieffer (b. 1923) was the Assistant in the Office of Defense Mobilization from 1951 to 1958, and an Assistant in the Atomic Energy Commission from 1952 to 1953. He served as an Assistant on the President's Advisory Committee on Government Organization from 1953 to 1961, and to the Hoover Commission from 1953 to 1958. Kieffer also served as a consultant to the Department of Health, Education and Welfare from 1958 to 1961.
