Martin, John, ca. 1730-1786.
John Martin (ca. 1730-1786) was a naval officer at the port of Sunbury, Georgia, a delegate to the Provincial Congress, a member of the Council of Safety, officer in the Continental Army, governor of Georgia, commissioner of several Native American treaties, and state treasurer.
