Dixon, Margaret, 1908-1970.
Margaret Dixon, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, was a nationally-known journalist, editor, and dean of the Louisiana capitol press corps. She was editor-in-chief of the Louisiana State University student newspaper "Reveille," a reporter for the Baton Rouge "State-Times" and the New Orleans "Picayune," and managing editor of the Baton Rouge "Morning Advocate."
