Edward John Bermingham (1887-1958) was an investment banker and studied at Columbia University. He was a member of the financial committee of the Republican Party's National Committee, and instrumental in Eisenhower's nomination. At the time of his death he was a trustee of the Eisenhower Foundation in Abilene, Kansas.
