Sands, Harry J. (Harry James), 1915-1993
Harry James Sands, Jr., (b. 1915, Columbus, Ohio-d. May 26, 1993), U.S. Air Force command pilot, was assigned commandant of the Air Command and Staff College on August 1, 1966. He retired from Air Force service on August 1, 1968.
