Palmer, Cora Augusta Barber, 1896-1994
Variant namesCora Augusta Barber was born in 1896 in Addison, Vt., daughter of Ira Spencer Barber and Frances Nellie (Smith) Barber. She attended elementary school in Panton, Vt., and graduated from Vergennes High School in 1916. She was a teacher in Vergennes until her marriage to Dwight Joseph Palmer in 1935.
