Barnard College. Undergraduate Association
Variant namesThe Undergraduate Association was formed in 1892.
Every student at Barnard College was a member of the Undergraduate Association. Between 1892 and the late 1960's, it was organized under three boards; Student Council (executive), Representative Assembly (legislative), and Honor Board (judicial). In the late 1960's its name was changed to Undergrad. Since the 1990's the organization has been known as the Student Government Association (SGA). The SGA elects a representative student government, sponsors co-curricular activities, special events and clubs reflecting the interests of the student body.
