Ingoldsby Work Crawford of Union, Conn., was Collector of Customs of the Port of New London under the Andrew Jackson administration, associate justice of the Tolland County Court, member of the Connecticut Constitutional Convention of 1818, and a member of the Connecticut State Legislature (1816-1825).
