Ivie Maude Huish Jones (1891-1976) was an educator and Mormon missionary in New Mexico and Utah.

Lorin Franklin Jones (1889-1975) was an educator, missionary, and Mormon patriarch in Utah and New Mexico.

Jones was born March 13, 1889 in Payson, Utah, to Timothy and Mary Jane Done Jones. He married Ivie Maude Huish April 9, 1913 in the Salt Lake Temple. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 1920. He worked for the Extension Service in Las Vegas, New Mexico. In 1943, he was called as the president of the Spanish-America Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he served 11 years. At the time of his release, he became the first patriarch to Spanish speaking members. He died September 1, 1975 in Provo, Utah.

Ivie Maude Huish Jones (1891-1976) was an educator and Mormon missionary in New Mexico and Utah.

Jones was born on March 9, 1891 in Payson, Utah, to William and Mary Elizabeth Fillmore Huish. She married Lorin Franklin Jones on April 9, 1913 in the Salt Lake LDS temple. She wrote poems, music, and programs. She also developed the "Pronto" method for teaching Spanish to missionaries. She died February 7, 1976 in Provo, Utah.
