Christenberry, Earle J.
An orator and political organizer, Gerald Lyman Smith met Huey P. Long in 1931 and became the national organizer of Long's "Share-the-Wealth" campaign. He was present at the assassination of Long in 1935 and delivered the oration at Long's funeral.
