Alexander, Earl Daniel, 1878-1941.
Earl Daniel Alexander (1878-1941) was born in Springfield, Ohio, and moved to Savannah, Georgia, in 1899. He was a pressman, painter, and (for thirty-four years) a police officer. In 1905, he was president of the Brotherhood of Painters, Decorators, and paper Hangers of America.
