Seattle and Northern Railway Company.
Incorporated in 1888 under the laws of the territory of Washington, the company purposed to construct and operate a rail line from Seattle to Blaine via Whatcom. It operated a line from Anacortes to Hamilton (eventually extended to Rockport). Its property was conveyed to the Seattle and Montana Railroad Company in 1902, then transferred to the Great Northern and disincorporated in 1911.
